Macaroni (Skioufichta) with mushrooms

Ingredients:

500gr Macaroni (Skioufichta)

500gr mushrooms

50gr butter

2 cloves garlic

2 shots of brandy

½ glass milk cream

Salt

Pepper

Preparation:

Use a pot to sauté the garlic and mushrooms. Stir well and add the brandy, salt and pepper. Let simmer for 15 minutes and add the milk cream. When your pasta is done (12 minutes), strain and top it with the sauce and a lot of grated cheese.
