Ascrolibri with Broad Beans

Ingredients:

½ kg ascrolibrous

½ lemons

Oil, salt

½ kg dried broad beans (optional)

Preparation:

Clean the ascrolibrous, wash them well and boil them for ½ hour in sizzling water. Then strain them, put them in a large flat dish and add the oil, lemon juice and salt. If you want, you can add ½ kg dried broad beans, which you boil with the greens, after having put them in water the previous night in order for them to soak.
