Cod with cauliflower

Ingredients:

1 cod filet

1 cauliflower

1 cup olive oil

1 onion

1 wine glass wine

1/2 kilo tomatoes

Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

Saute onion with oil, add the cauliflower and extinguish with wine. Add the ground tomatoes, salt, pepper and a little water and let them boil for a while. Place the unsalted cod on top and finish cooking by tossing the pot a couple of times instead of stirring with a ladle.
