Lamb on vine twigs

Ingredients:

1 kilo lamb

1 glass white wine

2 lemons, juiced

Oregano

Vine twigs

Preparation:

Arrange the vine twigs on a baking pan. Place the lamb on top, pour the wine over it and roast at 180 degrees. Just before it is done, sprinkle with oregano and lemon juice.
