Cuttlefish with wine

Ingredients:

1 kilo cuttlefish

2-3 onions

1 cup olive oil

1 wine glass wine

Pepper

 

Preparation:

Clean the cuttlefish. Roughly chop the onion, saute in olive oil and add the chopped cuttlefish. Cook for about a quarter of an hour until brown and then extinguish with wine. Add a little water and pepper and simmer cuttlefish, until only the oil remains.
