Okra

Ingredients:

1 kg okra

1 cup oil

1 medium onion

2-3 tomatoes

Vinegar

Salt and pepper

 

Preparation:

Prepare the okra, wash and drain them, then sprinkle them with vinegar and salt. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onion; before it begins to brown, add the chopped tomatoes and the pepper. When the sauce begins to boil, add the okra and, if necessary, a little water. Cook for about 30 minutes.
