Fried salted, dried cod

Fried squid
Clean and wash the squid. Cut and separate the tentacles and cut the ink bag in round ring-shaped slices. Season with salt and pepper, flour and deep-fry in plenty of hot oil.

Fried swordfish with garlic
Wash the wordfish. In a bowl pour some beer, crush a little garlic, add the cumin, salt, pepper, mix them all well and immerse the swordfish in this mixture. Next roll the fish in flour and fry over moderate heat. Serve the swordfish

Grilled fish with fennel

Grilled octopus on the charcoals

Monkfish (anglefish) with peppers

Moray pichti
Clean, wash and cut the fish into pieces. Next, salt it and put it in a pot with 8 glasses of water, olive oil and the onion to boil. Uncover the pot and boil for about 15 minutes at high temperature. Skim the froth off the top of the pot during boiling.

Moray with tomato
Wash and clean the moray. Saute the onions with oil and add ground tomatoes, as well as finely chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper and let boil for a while. Add the fish, stir and let it simmer, until the sauce thickens.

Octopus cooked in wine
Wash and chop the octopus. Place it in a pot, add olive oil and let it boil, until the water evaporates. Extinguish with wine, add the ground tomatoes, bay leaves and pepper and let it boil, adding a little water, if necessary.

Wash and chop the octopus. Saute the onion with olive oil and add the octopus in the pot. Boil over low heat in its own gravy and when almost done add the garlic, vinegar, bay leaves, pepper, a little water, if necessary, and boil for a little
