Almond macaroons

Ingredients:

1200 gr ground almonds

600 gr sugar

10 egg whites

Lemon zest

 

Preparation:

Beat the egg whites well. Add the sugar and continue beating until it is incorporated. Add the finely ground almonds and the lemon zest. Stir well together and form the macaroons like biscuits, placing them on an oiled baking sheet. Bake in a moderate oven for about 20 minutes, until they are browned.
