Frumenty pie
Ingredients:
1 package sweet frumenty
1 package self-raising flour
1 yogurt
1 margarine
1 sachet of yeast
1 1/2 cup of sugar
Some ground cinnamon
Preparation:
Knead the flour with the yogurt, the margarine (melted) and the yeast for 3′. Let the dough rest for 3′.S Soak the sweet frumenty in two glasses of water for 20′, add the sugar and the cinnamon and stir. Butter a medium-sized pan and put inside half of the dough, spreading it with your hands up to the pan walls. Add the frumenty and cover it with the other half of the dough. Bake it in 200 degrees for 40′.
