Grilled octopus on the charcoals

Ingredients:

1 octopus

Olive oil

Vinegar

Salt

Pepper

 

Preparation:

Clean and wash the octopus and boil over low heat, until it absorbs its broth. Then remove from heat and strain, season with salt and pepper, brush with a little olive oil and place over charcoals. When done, arrange on a serving platter and sprinkle with oil, vinegar and oregano.
