Chicken with peas

Ingredients:

1 chicken

1 cup olive oil

1/2 kilo peas

Salt

2 lemons, juiced

 

Preparation:

Cut the chicken into big portions, salt and place it on a baking pan with the skin facing downwards and sprinkle with a cup of olive oil or melted butter. Cover the baking pan with aluminium foil and put in the oven at 200 degrees. In approximately half an hour open the oven, uncover the baking pan, turn the portions over and sprinkle with lemon juice. When it is almost done, add the peas in between and bake for about 15 minutes.
