Pork krassomezés

Ingredients:

 

1 kilo meat

2 cloves of garlic

1/2 kilo tomatoes, peeled and finely chopped

½ Cup of virgin olive oil

1 glass white wine

Salt, pepper, cumin

 

Preparation:

First saute the garlic in some oil and then add the tomatoes and boil for a while. Extinguish with wine and add salt, pepper, cumin and chopped meat. Simmer.
