Rabbit cooked in wine


1 rabbit

1 glass Muscat wine

1 glass dry white wine

1/2 glass olive oil

1/4 kilo black olives

1/4 kilo ladotìri cheese

Salt and pepper to taste




Chop the rabbit and marinate in the wine for 1 day. Saute the rabbit and extinguish with the marinade. Then add the olives and 1 glass of water. Add salt, pepper and savory. Let it boil for 1 hour. Just before it starts boiling, add the diced ladotiri cheese.
