Sweet pumpkin pie

For the filling:

1 1/2 kilos pumpkins

2 onions

1/2 kilo feta cheese

2-3 eggs

For the dough:

1 cup olive oil

Flour, as required

2 eggs

Salt

1 cup milk

1 teaspoon baking powder

Preparation:

Saute the pumpkin with the onion and cook, until it becomes mushy. Strain and add the spearmint, grated feta cheese and eggs. Use the ingredients for the dough to prepare two pastry sheets. Spread out the first on an oiled baking pan, lay the filling on top, cover with the second pastry sheet and bake in the oven until brown.
