Squid with tomato


1 kilo squid

1 cup olive oil

1-2 onions

1 bunch parsley

1/2 kilo tomatoes

Salt and pepper to taste


Wash and clean the squid. Saute the onions in olive oil and add the ground tomatoes as well as the finely chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper and let boil for a while. Add the squid, stir and simmer, until the sauce thickens.
